Shipping
All items online are ready to ship unless otherwise stated and will be shipped in 2-4 business days. All items ship from Wink, TX.
Porch Pick Up Option
•Package will be labeled with your name & the date your package was put in the bin. You will receive an email stating that your package shipped, this is an automated email, but your package will be in the bin that day. I will message you my address.
•If you choose porch pick up at check out, then decide you want it shipped later, you will receive an invoice for $6 shipping + $4 handling fee that must be paid before it is shipped.
•If you choose for your package to be shipped at check out, then decide you want porch pick up before it has shipped, you will not receive a refund of shipping costs.
•The pick-up bin will be monitored by a camera on my front porch.
•Still allow 2-4 business days for porch pick up items to be placed in bin.
Porch Pick-Up Hours:
Monday - Friday: 10am - 8pm
Saturday & Sunday: 2pm - 5pm

Return Policy:
Returns are eligible for exchange or store credit only within 7 days of delivery date. Items must be in original condition, nothing washed or worn. The Pearl Rack tag must be attached to the item or it will not be eligible for return. Inventory fluctuates daily, we cannot guarantee your item will be available at the time of exchange. If item is not available for exchange, you will be given store credit. All sale items, including those purchased with a sale code are final.
You must have your original packing slip to return. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs on returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for orders being shipped to the wrong address. If items are returned back to us, you will need to pay an additional shipping fee for your items to be resent to the correct address.
